Airport crews swarm a PHC 747 that has just landed during a cloudy day.
Old and new: A PHC jumbo prepares to enter the terminal, where a 747-400 and a 747-8 are already there
Air Phoenix Cargo (Often shortened to Air Phoenix, Phoenix, and PHC) is a cargo airline in Airport Hero Osaka-KIX.
Description[]
Air Phoenix is different from the other cargo airlines in the game. They have a more diverse fleet and their own terminal: the PHC terminal (considered part of Kansai Airport's cargo section). This implies that they are probably larger than Japan Cargo and Asia Express They do not represent a real-world airline.
PHC uses the Boeing 747 and its variants for their services. In a few Camera Stages, there is also a Boeing 777F, the only appearance of one in the Airport Hero series. They mostly fly to San Francisco, but they also ship to Incheon, Frankfurt, Honolulu, Shanghai, and Seattle. Given their hubs in Seattle and San Francisco, they are an American company.
PHC aircraft should always go on runway 06L/24R as it is closer and usually less busy. In the event of a runway closure, which happens in a small number of Stages, they should take 06R, as 24L would be a waste of time and could cause issues. Arrivals need to be handled carefully, too. Being near the LCC terminal, there are SAJ flights constantly moving around the area, especially in the later stages. Arriving planes also have to taxi awkwardly to get into the gate. The player may need to frequently hold incoming PHC planes to allow others through.
