Azix Airlines is a budget airline in Airport Hero Narita and a long haul carrier in Airport Hero Osaka-KIX and Airport Hero Haneda with JAL. It is one of the few airlines to be drastically different in separate games. And it seems this is the only the ONLY Malaysian Airline, and one of the 2 only Singaporean Airlines, Along with Starpole.
Description
AH Narita
Azix is one of three budget airlines in AH Narita. Close observation reveals they use the same principles as real life budget carriers. They represent AirAsia Japan in the game.
Since they only use one type of aircraft, Azix flights can land at either of Narita's runways. They have their own section at Terminal 2 at Narita, which they share with Star Rocket and Air Sonic planes. The section has one jetway and three stalls without gates for the planes.
The player must keep in mind that Azix flights (and every other budget flight in the game) are always on the move. Within a few minutes of reaching the gate, the flight will appear on the departures screen with a new flight number and a new destination. When asked to select a runway, it is better to choose runway 16L/34R since there are usually fewer planes landing there.
Azix flights only operate Domestic. And dont operate any International flights. These destinations include: Narita, New-Chitose, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Naha, and Chubu "Centrair".
AH Osaka-KIX
In 2017, Azix returns in Airport Hero Osaka-KIX for the most recent version of the airline.
Azix remained more or less the same, operating huge planes from Kansai's North International Terminal to far-flung Asian destinations, mainly Singapore. Azix's livery retained its red and white bands on the fuselage. The airline's "X" logo on the fuselage had been moved to the tail. This is reminiscent of Air Asia X, which is why this version of Azix is sometimes referred to as "Azix Airlines X". This paint scheme has often been referred to as the "Red Cow".
Azix planes are much rarer in Operation mode than they were in Narita. They now only appear in a handful of main stages and even fewer camera stages. Azix operates very similarly to Starpole Airlines, another new airline. They both have an identical fleet and destinations.
In game, it is better for the player to direct Azix departures to runway 24L, the closest runway to the North terminal.
Arrivals should be placed on 06L and taxi to the North terminal via the lower taxiways.
In this game, Azix operates the Airbus A330 in the main stages, and also sometimes the Airbus A350 in the Camera Stages.
AH Haneda
Azix Airlines wears a slightly altered livery after reappearing in 2015, for Airport Hero Haneda with JAL.
Azix now only operates to and from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The airline's name is not on the tail, it is now The design received a positive reaction from fans and players, so it is likely that it will continue to appear in the Airport Hero series without much modification. We may also see the "Red Cow" on A320s as well.
They also appear quite rarely in this game, and always appears as an arrival from the south side from the airport, so a landing for runway 34L is the most optimal for a quick arrival from the runway to the international terminal.
Since Azix is a commercial airline in Kansai and Haneda, it is possible that the Narita version of them is actually a subsidiary rather than being a part of their main business, similarily to Air Asia in real life.
